  1. Hi, I’m using IOS10 and some of he country names aren’t appearing, only the shapes and flags. This mainly happens on the other games (continents, cities, etc) not the main game The World

  2. I bought the hi resolution features for Your World. Now that I had to reset my iPad mini 2 after 9.3.1 bricked it, I cannot update this app. It gets stuck at “Upgrading” forever. I got 9.3.1 running fine on my iPad mini 2 now.

  3. The “Your World” game on iPhone6s has a problem with the Hint and Settings button. They are unresponsive during most games.

  4. This app works well on my iPad but my iPhone app won’t let me go to menu to select any games on my phone. I’ve reloaded the game thinking it was frozen but it won’t let me choose options or any of the three buttons above seem to be frozen I can’t leave the current game I’m already in. Please help.

  5. The top bar with the Wikipedia button and the settings and compass stopped working on my app and I have downloaded it again and it still doesn’t work. I’m reading that it’s probably an issue with iPhone upgrade is there anything I can do? I’m on iOS 9.2.1

  6. I bought the full version, have a new iPhone 6s with iOS 9.6
    The cities, landmarks, states do not show up. I am disappointed with my orchard as that is what I wanted it for. I has deleted and redownloaded it, but that didn’t fix the problem. I’d like it fixed or my money back. The hint and setting buttons do not work, tapping I them does nothing to fix problem.

  7. Hi! Your World is amazing. Please please please make it more amazing by allowing audio from other apps to play in the background (podcasts or audiobooks for instance). I’d find myself using Your World MUCH MORE often if this was possible 🙂 THANK YOU!! 🙂

  8. I have had this game for years and loved it. Just updated to the new version and it’s asking me to upgrade to get all of the games and countries i had before upgrading. How do I fix this?

      Thanks for playing Your World and we are glad you’ve been enjoying it.

      There were two ways to upgrade previously. A) If you simply purchased the in-app purchase then as long as you are signed in as the same iTunes user who originally purchased, you should be able to hit the ‘Restore Purchase’ button. If that fails, proceeding to pay again will not charge you again (as long as it is the correct iTunes user). B) If you shared to get upgraded, then you’ll only get the upgraded features on the same device, and only if you haven’t deleted the app entirely at any point on that device.

  9. Thanks for the great app!

    But I have a problem now: I have migrated to a new iPhone and I can’t restore my already made purchase of the full version of Your World on my new iPhone. When I press restore purchase, the App shows “upgrading” and nothing happens for hours then. I tried many times, but nothing helps. For avoidance of doubt – I use the same iTunes account and my Internet connection is very good, so there is something wrong with the upgrading process itself. Please help me with this.

    I use iPhone 5s iOS9.1

  10. App seems to be broken somewhere on the iPhone 6… I reloaded on a new phone after having purchased the full version (via in app) on a 5s but restore purchases will not complete. I am stuck with the most basic level of 20ish countries only! Such a drag because this was a great tool to keep sharp. Please advise on the fix!!

  11. I just bought this app for iphone6s. After unlocking the countries, I am now in the ‘landmarks’ level and I can’t get out of it. The settings, W, and Hint buttons do not work. I have read that there are issues with the new iPhones but in my case, very little is working. I just have an average world atlas that I paid for. Help please?

    Firstly thanks for a fantastic app (Your World). Great way to learn the countries. Just wanting to know if there are any plans for a couple of features and if not I’d like to request them.
    A) the ability to lock the globe in a particular orientation like North.
    B) present the countries in random order each time

We’ve had a number of people asking for the ability to lock the globe orientation so it’s definitely something we are considering, and random order is definitely something we want to do. We agree it would be a great way to enhance the learning experience.

  13. I downloaded the Our World app for my iPhone last year. After playing with the free app, I paid $3.99 for access to all of the maps including the continents. I had to reset my phone, and when I went to restore my precious purchase, I was told I couldn’t do so. I will not pay for the purchase again, and I am about to delete the app. I really enjoyed it, but I do not understand why I’m not being allowed to restore my previous purchase.

      Our apologies that you couldn’t restore the app. Sometimes there are issues related to internet connectivity and also please make sure that you are using the same iTunes account that was used to originally pay for the game. If this doesn’t work, we can offer you a free voucher for “Your World for Education” which is a fully paid app that offers the same content. Once again, apologies for the hassle.

  16. I tried and loved the app, but when I upgraded the other countries never unlocked. I have tried the “restore purchase” option, but it never works. I’ve tried on iphone and ipad.

  17. I tried Your World and loved it, so I purchased the upgrade. I have been unable to unlock additional countries, although I’ve tried “restoring purchase” several times, and also have deleted and re-downloaded. I’ve tried ipad and iPhone.

  18. Absolutely love Your World, have played pretty much every geo locating app out there and there’s nothing close.

    I must add though that I might go insane as I’ve pretty much done everything and am in top 75 in all 9 timed projects, but can not figure the 5 secret achievements, and have know idea how.

  19. My iPad copy of ‘Your World’ has mysteriously lost the countries I paid for. Can I have either my money back or my countries back?

      Sorry you had these hassles with the app. If you have reinstalled Your World on a separate device you’ll need to restore purchase which can be accessed on the screen that pops up when tapping on a locked level. Please ensure you use the same iTunes account that you originally paid with.

      Our apologies for the issue. If you have paid it would be confirmed by an email/receipt from Apple iTunes. If indeed the payment was processed you can go ahead and try purchasing again you won’t get charged twice for the same app and same itunes user. Please also ensure its the same iTunes user. We have a new update for iOS 8 on its way that has other fixes included.

    Hovewer, also I would like to report about bug: when I switch to wiki page in the app, and then come back to a globe, music stops and launching again.

  23. I paid for the full version on my iPod, but when I tried to unlock the full version on the iPad, I get the message to restore. When I try to restore (after entering my Apple account password), the app says, “upgrading…”, but nothing happens

        We are really sorry that you have had this issue again. We have another fix on it’s way it’s ‘In Review’ with Apple which normally means an imminent release. We don’t expect this release will change the restore purchase behaviour — and we haven’t had any widespread issues with this.

        The only resolutions we can think of for your issue are:
        a) Try to purchase again via the app—ensuring you have a valid internet connection (3G/4G or Wi-fi). If you have already purchased under the same iTunes account and you go ahead and purchase it, it won’t charge you again (a message will eventually appear along the lines “you have already purchased”). We originally didn’t support restore purchase but added it to make it easier to switch to a different device.
        b) Alternatively, we can give you a freebie for our paid version of Your World, called Your World for Education. It’s got all the same content. Apple does not support vouchers for in-app purchases (yet). Let me know if you want this too.

  24. Hi,

    I love the app but I’m having issues restoring my purchase to get access to the locked countries on my new phone. When I click restore purchase a bar comes up saying that it’s loading but then the app freezes and I have to shut it down. Is there a fix or work around for this?

  26. I paid for the full version of the app, then for some reason had to uninstall and reinstall (I don’t remember why, it was a while ago). Now when I try to restore purchase the app just lingers on the upgrading page, and won’t move from there. I love this app and would love to play again but don’t want to pay for something I already paid for – please help.

      If you have paid for the fully priced app (e.g. Your World for Education) or paid for the upgrade via the free app (e.g. Your World) then you should be able to see all the new levels. These levels can be accessed by tapping the options button (in the top right) and selecting new game. All the extras should be available there. Thanks for raising this, it means we might need a better design in the app or a message to make this easier to find.

It may help to delete the app entirely and reinstall it, this has helped others in the past with this kind of issue. We will also try to track down any bugs from our end, but there’s no guarantee we will solve.

        This is an iPad 2 running 7.1.1. As I might have said, the app worked for half a day.
        That was about 3 days ago when first installed. I like the idea of this app. If only it

  31. I downloaded the free version of the game “Your World”. As I was playing, a notification popped up saying that if I shared this game on Facebook or twitter, I would be able to upgrade to the full version of the game for free. So I shared the game on Facebook, and nothing happened, I still only had the limited version. I thought maybe I did something wrong, so I shared it again on Facebook. Once again, nothing happened. I’m getting really frustrated and annoyed, because I really like the game & really want the full version. Could someone please respond to my email & tell me what I can do to actually get the free upgrade.

  32. Perhaps something to consider for the next update would be to make the countries more distinguishable when placing the cities. Like a border line for every country

      1. Andrew, can i check that the borders and labels will only be for the city version? For the countries, I love that you see the world as a single physical object, not a political one. If you do add borders, could you leave an option to play without them? I find it interesting to see cities’ relationships geographically instead of politically, too.

        Also, I commented in an earlier post about how hard it is to locate small islands. I just replayed and you seem to have put more of a grey bubble around them and it is lot easier. Thank you for that.

It has been a very common request, so we had to balance the popularity of the request with the elements you raised. We see where you are coming from and will monitor how people find the borders.       4. Andrew, just keep in mind that every other geog game out there shows country borders, so you may lose what is unique and visually beautiful about your game. My friends and inlaws were knocked out, as I was, by the beauty of the emerging globe and how interesting it was to really have to locate the country, not just find its slot. To have it become a mess of lines and no longer the physical planet as seen from space will be a shame. Could you start by just adding the lines to the easy version? Thanks again.

  33. I just bought Your World for education, and there was no warning in the description about not working iOs6. You complained about the iTunes approval team: does that mean that you have a fix already delivered to them for release?

      Our apologies for the inconvenience, and you are right, we should have offered some warning about iOS 6.

      We have since fixed this and released it to the iTunes approval team (who have been very helpful in our dealings with them, so no complaints there).

      There is usually about a week delay, so we hope you get the update sooner than that.

  34. Please help. Can’t open the app with the latest update on original iPad running iOS 5.1.1. Title page comes up and then immediately closes. Always worked great up until that and is one of the favorite apps in our household. My kids aged 3 & 4 can name just about every country in the world by shape. 🙂

      Unfortunately we introduced a bug that causes your issue on a anything other than iOS 7 and above. We are looking to fix this but given the iTunes approval team is not active over Christmas, the only way to get it to work now is upgrading. We understand you may not want to do that at this time, so our apologies for the inconvenience. The new app has all the capital cities and we want to introduce landmarks soon. The Your World App page still says that it is compatible with iOS 5 or higher. Is that still accurate? I really hope this is just a bug that can be fixed as my kids really love the app.

      We’re definitely hearing you. At present we are trying to package up this along with a couple of other bugs that are the last of the big ones.   37. Your World still crashes when I attempt to open it. I don’t have an old phone. Please fix it I think the app is great. Hope you can get it working.

      Thanks again for letting us know. The following may help us get to the bottom of this:
      – Could you please let us know what iOS version and phone model you are using?
      – Can we confirm you have downloaded the latest hotfix from today version 3.0.1
      – If you don’t mind, can you try restaring the app a bunch of times, maybe 5 times in quick succession. This will help us pinpoint your specific crash.
      – afterwards it often helps if you delete the app and re download. This is a cleaner install than doing the upgrade.

      Once again, our apologies for the issues. We want to fix this problem.

    The new update is sweet! Have you considered adding the provinces, stated, & territories of countries? I know that there is a states mode for the USA but I think it would be awesome if there was that option for other countries too. Just a thought! 😀

    We purchased the full app that allows us to visit all countries on August 7, 2013 (receipt # 212058079578) yet, now there is alock on most of the countries (after about 20 of them) and it says we need to purchase the complete app for $3.99. Please advise. Stephanie

      Thanks for playing our game. As long as you are signed into the same iTunes account on this device (that you purchased the game with) you can proceed through the purchase process and will not be re-charged. You ought to see a message that you have already purchased once you proceed.

  42. I used “in app purchase” to get full set of countries but I get an error message stating, “in app purchase not allowed” it is reflected on my iTunes account, I have tried reinstalling as well as “repurchasing” all to no avail, please help

    The only problem is the stopwatch seems to be moving twice as fast as it should be. I actually compared it to a normal stopwatch and this one is exactly twice as fast.

Great app. One thing that would really make it much better would be to have the names of countries displayed on them once placed, so that not only will it be easier to navigate with these references as you play but also better to learn while spinning the globe otherwise it may be forgotten which completed country is which and where.
    The random idea is also good i think.

  48. Hey- I work at a high school in Georgia, USA. Our students like your app a lot (we have a class set of ipads) but we need to upgrade to a full version. It appears that this may be difficult. We would be willing to pay to upgrade, but it looks like that they only way to get the full version is through the app itself- is that correct? Then we would have to do 30+ individual ipad through the app itself, and pay each time? Is there an easier way for a mass upgrade? It would also be helpful in you had contact information on your main website. I appreciate any assistance you can provide

Hello, I have enjoyed playing this game for quite a while and updated to the full version for £1.49 back in May and was able to access all of the countries, until recently, when everything became locked again. I have the iTunes receipt to say that I paid for the upgrade and had previously been able to play the full game, so not sure why I can’t now and wondered if you could please help! I have tried reinstalling the app, but this didn’t work.

  52. I also love this app. And agree with the poster who suggested randomizing the country order. It is fun to see them by size order, but you begin to learn the order, and not really the location.

    My problem/suggestion is to do with the small groups of islands. Using iPad 3. There seems to be a shadow of other continents overlaid on the part of the world I am looking at. Quite pretty, but it means I have no chance of seeing the brown spaces where the islands fit. Could you do something to enhance the contrast, and if possible remove the shadow land masses as they don’t make much sense and interfere with looking for the country placement.

    Many thanks for such a beautiful app. It is great fun seeing the world from other perspectives than the normal map perspective.

      1. Finally twigged by reducing globe size that the “shadows” are because the globe is semi transparent and you can see the outline of continents etc. on the other side. It is so beautiful i think i withdraw my comment/complaint about the shadows. But still, could you help clarify the small islands so i can pick them out? At large resolution the shadows plus sea shelves make it a something of a needle-in-haystack exercise. Maybe reduce the shadow intensity to nothing as the resolution increases? Thanks again, Janet

      2. Ah yes, of course, the world is a little translucent. Thanks for the compliment, we also like that effect of having some light come through. We agree that it makes it a little harder for tiny countries, will have to think about an answer to this.

      This is something we have not encountered before. If you have been invoiced by Apple for the payment it is definitely activated. If the app somehow hasn’t realised this, then one way to make sure is to re-purchase. If you have already paid, you will not be charged again (as long as you are using the same iTunes account as you did when purchasing).

  53. I reinstalled Your World on my iPad because I had lost the world (the screen was blank). After reinstalling it, however the additional countries are gone and it tells me I must pay again to get them. How can I reload the countries I already paid for?

      Regardless of version, you can simply proceed through the payment process again and, at the last moment, it will recognise you already own it. You will not get charged again for the game.

I downloaded the app a couple of days ago and suddenly my battery life on my iphone5 is draining ridiculously quickly when I haven’t even done anything (down to 70% from full charge after an hour in my drive to work!). I was just wondering if you’d had anyone else report the same problem – so could check if there was anything that was causing it? I don’t mean to blame the app! I loved playing the game (I stayed up for hours cos I had to finish all the impossibly tiny islands!!!) but I’ve had to delete it to see if that fixed the problem as I’m not too sure what else could have caused it.

    As I said I don’t mean to blame the app!!! The game is great and is certainly helping with my geography! I’ll be taking my phone into the apple store tomorrow where hopefully they can tell me what the problem is and I can download the game again!

        Sorry you were not able to get the game started.

        It may help if you restart your device, just incase your iPad was low on memory etc. If that doesn’t work…

        Have you tried to kill the game (after double clicking the home button, and holding down on the game and then tapping the ‘x’ button)? If that doesn’t work possibly try re-downloading it.

        Hopefully this is just an intermittent problem that will go away. Can I ask which generation of iPad device you are on?

  56. We are using Your World on the ipad, and we cannot get the achievements to load, or see the leaderboard. Is there some setting where we tell it to allow communication with the server? My daughter did all the countries and was sad to not have any achievements load for her. Please let us know. Thanks.

      Apologies that you weren’t able to see the leaderboard.

      I have noticed that sometimes there’s a delay in seeing the results on leaderboards. Also it depends on you being signed-in to Game Center. If you aren’t signed into game center, unfortunately you wont get scores stored, since we use Game Center to register them.

      Hopefully you can get this working. Please let me know if you are signed in and still can’t get scores onto the leaderboard since this would be a bug in the program that we haven’t seen todate.

      Your World will use Game Center (Apple’s built in system for sharing scores, leaderboards etc). I believe it relies on you being registered with Game Center and also an active internet connection on your iPad e.g. Wi-Fi.

      2. No worries Shannon. If you are using the same iTunes account, proceed to purchase the app again on the separate device. When you are prompted to pay, it will realise this is already purchased and you wont be charged. This stems from an issue with Apple’s process. We could provide you with a “restore purchases” but it will have the same effect as what I suggested above. E.g. if you purchase again, in the process of this it will realise the previous payment and not charge you. Give it a try 🙂

  59. I used the in ap purchase to upgrade my world in my iPad. The app on the old iPhone that my daughter uses does not show the upgrade though. Is there something that can be done to get us an upgrade code for other devices on the same apple account?
    Also wondering if you have plans for an app in the google play market.
    My daughter loves this app, and is learning about world geography with it constantly.

  61. Our school has the free version of Your World. We would like to purchase the full version, but we’re not able to do so on each individual iPad. We have to use the Volume Purchase Program and then redeem the codes purchased for the full version. I haven’t been able to find a way to do so. Any ideas on how to do so?

      We are delighted that you would like to have our app used at your school. Unfortunately in-app purchases are not available via this program. But, we would like to give you a paid app option so that you can use the app. I have a few questions, that would help us move on this:

      – How many devices are you looking to install?
      – Do you think there might be interest from other schools?
      – Would you be interested in using a multiplayer mode where multiple devices per-classroom could interact?

      The reason I ask is that we may need to put out a paid version of our game that is equivalent to the current in-app upgrade option. This would enable the Volume Purchase Program. We also think that enabling multiple devices could be a lot of fun for students.

      Any feedback you might provide would be highly valued! We would like to improving the game especially for the classroom setting 🙂

  64. I just purchased this yesterday and really liked it. I liked the suggestion of leaving the borders on if you’d like because political speaking it’s important to know who is bordering who. I came here though to tell you of a problem I’m having. I bought this yesterday and played 3 times and now any time I try to open the app, it shuts down two seconds after I open it. I don’t think I really got my money’s worth with only one day of use before it stopped working.

    1. Update: I thought it would be smart to delete the app and reload it to see if that fixed the bug. It did except I-tunes only reloaded the free version. It wants be to buy it a second time to unlock all the countries even though I reloaded it from my “purchased” section of my account. Help!

      2. Thank you! I was not charged and that DID solve the problem. I have an I-pad 2 through work & don’t know the OS. It is overdue for an update they plan on taking care of this month. I thought of some other features that would make the app even more fun…I think being able to sort the order the countries are presented would be nice…i.e. Largest to smallest, most populace to least, north to south, random, etc. Also, a feature to have the countries’ name said out loud when you first touch them would be great since I’m not always sure how to pronounce some of the ones not talked about much on the evening news. (it would be good to be able to turn it off though as that could get annoying after awhile.). Thanks for a good product. I’m already feeling like a better world citizen!

    I wanted to tell you guys how great I think Your World is. it is the most useful tool for learning geography I have come across.

    I also thought you might appreciate some ideas I think would make it even better. I think an option to randomize the country order would provide for a greater challenge and added replayability. The other possible improvement I thought would be great would be to have the political borders still show on the map after you have put the countries on it as it would be nice to better appreciate how the countries fit together and who their neighbors are (if you are forgetful like me).

    I apologize if it sounds like I am issuing demands as that is not my intention, I just wanted to tell you how great your app is and how you could make it even better.

We this would cement the learning much better since we wouldn’t just be pattern matching based on shapes etc. In particular the idea of showing borders and neighbouring countries is something we _really_ want to do in the next few releases.

    Just thank you for Your World. I really love spending time to search for countries on this beautiful globe. The last update added really cool features and a lot of new (little) countries and states, and I discovered many new areas of the planet.
    I also like to play with my 4 years old sister, and I couldn’t think of a funnier way to learn about geography at her young age. This is the best way to apprehend the world, when you’ve never traveled outside the walls of your city. I just wanted to ask for a “simple” mode for games with children (or others who don’t really care about Micronesia or Guantanamo base) that you could complete by only doing the “big” countries. It’s hard to put countries in categories, especially because it depends on player’s origins, but this “important” countries one could be editable. I’m not sure if I am being clear, but I find it rather frustrating when we’ve found most of the world’s countries with my sister that I need to locate all the tiny islands in the vast oceans to be able to tell her we’re done. So, a simple mode with only important countries, that’s it.

    I also really like the idea of a party mode, as said by another user, where two (or more) players would have to find countries, one at a time, in a limited amount of time or not. That would make this app a game and add challenge.

    Finally, the idea of putting local maps, like the USA one, to find states is a brilliant one. I know that it’s a huge amount of work, but I’d love to see a French one with regions or departments, as it is my birth and living country. I understand this is an unrealistic project because every country has its regions, and doing everyone’s local map would be an harassing work. But maybe doing the main countries (Is France still a main country ? Maybe not)…

    PS: If you want to make a french version of your app and need a local to make the translations, let me know. The original version does not disturb me at all, but it is a potential reason for people for not buying an app. And it changes some countries name. For example, Myanmar is Birmanie in French.

      1. Thanks for your quick reply. I, of course, put 5 stars to that app, especially because many other people had rated it badly (one or two star(s)), and left bad comments on the French store. Some of them seem to be because of your financial model. Maybe you should change it to paid app, without any inapp purchase, or better, leave it completely free with ads and the ability to pay to disable them. This is just a thought, because I don’t understand why you are not, at least featured in the App Store Learning category.

        I just read that you’re about to launch a Your World 2. Great news, as this means this is a very vivid project. I’m also hoping for better interface (maybe a main menu with options, leaderboards, which could allow you to unclutter the game screen whith icons and buttons), ID cards for every country (Wiki links would do), and the ability to play on a colorful world (without putting grey where countries are not placed yet. Very hard mode). What else ? I get it’s already too much. Maybe just a planisphere mode, just to play watching the globe turning, but I already have Google Earth and Solar Walk for that.

        This are of course, wishes, ideas, but, I’m not asking you to add anything. I just think this would be a more awesome app with these things.

        And if it’s worth it, don’t hesitate to put it on a “high” price (3 or 5$). A lot of people, especially those who are interested in geography, are likely to buy a good app like this. Just a little discount at the start to launch the sales, and then full price. Again, you choose your financial model, these are just advices.

      2. Thanks very much for giving us a 5 star rating Pierre! We think that we had an issue for 1 day where we accidentally charged for the download *and* then charged for an upgrade. We rectified this problem as quickly as we could but unfortunately a few people had paid (I think it was 3 people). So to those people, if you are reading, we are sincerely sorry about this and wish we could buy you a beer or coffee 🙂

        We’d like to add the main menu as you mentioned to give better affordance to different parts of the game and less clutter, and some of your other ideas are quite original, thanks for taking the time to share them.

        Interesting you mentioned a higher price, we think that we can up the price too, but we want the app to get a bit more popular first. We seem to agree on many topics 🙂 thanks again, we really appreciate your support.

  67. I purchased your “your world” app several months ago and I have since upgrades to a iPhone 4s.
    On attempting to play this game, I was only allowed to play the free version.
    I haven’t changed my account all my other previously purchased apps are working no problem

      You should be able to just go through with the purchase again, and the AppStore will recognise you have previously purchased (as long as you are logged in with the same iTunes account).     I’ve just downloaded YourWorld and I’m
    Impressed! I’ll probably buy the full country pack at some point but could I make a couple of suggestions for features please?

    1. The ability to set your ‘Home’ country so that you can press a ‘Home’ button to take you back there should you get lost whilst spinning the globe.
    2. The ability to automatically jump back to your ‘Home’ country after very successful country location. (user selectable)
    3. Some kind of hint system? Ie, after every 10 successful country locations to get a token which can be used at any time to locate a troublesome country.
    4. Pinch to zoom in and out!

        To answer your question, you should be able to also download and hit the upgrade button on the iPad and not have to pay again.

  70. Hello! Im trying to upgrade my free version of Your World but Im getting an error message that I have to buy the app first..(or something to that effect, I dont remember exact message). Just the same my 5yo daughter rocks this app! I want to upgrade to 160 countries! Help!

      Thanks for playing Your World. This message normally pops up when you are installing the app on a new device or after removing the app. If you have already purchased it you will get a second message saying something along the lines “You’ve already paid for this, download it for free…”.

  71. Just upgraded my IPad2 to iOS5 and now Your World won’t start. It comes up with the start screen and says loading countries but then just quits. Hope you can sort it out. It’s a great educational app. I’ve got a 3 year old who can do all 160 countries without help, and it is amazing to see him locating countries even on a “real world” old-school globe thanks to your app.

  72. Your World is a beautiful app. After using this app, my 5 year old son can identify almost 140 countries in 15 minutes and is getting better day by day. I have using several educational apps for my children, but I should say, yours is the best!

  75. I downloaded the game last night and it will not open on my iphone. I am running 3.0 or later have uninstalled and reinstalled game and still wont open. I touch the icon for the game, it goes to a blank screen for a few seconds and then back to iphone home screen.

      Apologies for the very late reply. If you are still having this problem in the most recent version of iOS. We have not heard of this issue previously. Also maybe check how many other apps are running. In some extreme circumstances when other apps are running that consume a lot of memory, it can starve other applications of memory.

  76. First off, great puzzle game. I enjoy it a lot. But I feel the game is missing two key functionalities. First, a pause button. I know it seems a bit arbitrary, but a pause button is a must. I’ve noticed that, yes, I can lock the ipod and then unlock it and I’ll still be in the same level, but the game itself, even if the device is locked, is still active, and the balls will still move around, potentially undoing any progress I had made. Second, I am unable to play my music/podcasts in the background while playing the game. I think that this, also, is a basic function all games should have. Please take this into consideration for future updates, especially since you’re charging people $2 for not a whole lot of game. (there are other puzzle games available that offer four times as much content for just $1)

    1. I cannot download the countries, since I changed my Apple id. I tried removing the original app, but iTunes won’t let me download it again – whited out. So I can’t figure out any way I can actually have the app and the upgrade with the rest of the countries. Please help

        Unfortunately your Apple purchases are tied to a specific Apple ID, the only thing we can think of is to ensure that you restore purchases using the same Apple ID. The restore purchase is accessed in-app at the point you get asked to upgrade.

        The app is also available for purchase upfront, please search for a separate app called “Your World for Education” if that suits your situation better.
